Welcome to our vacation rental! Please read the following terms carefully, as they apply to all bookings made directly through our website. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

We kindly ask you to complete a digital check-in form prior to your arrival.

This information is required to comply with legal registration requirements and for calculating the local tourist tax, which will be added afterward.

The tourist tax is €3.30 per guest per night and supports local infrastructure and recreational facilities.

If you are arriving with a dog, please note that an additional cleaning fee and a security deposit will be charged.

A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received. The amount and due date for payments are specified during the booking process.

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is due no later than [XX] days before arrival. For last-minute bookings made within [XX] days of arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

Bookings of 2 to 7 days: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. For cancellations within 5 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

Bookings over 7 days: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing (email) and are only valid once confirmed by us.

Check-in is available from [XX] and check-out must be completed by [XX]. Other times may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Before arrival, all guests are required to complete an online check-in form.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation. Ashtrays are available outdoors.

We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Respectful and considerate behavior, along with maintaining cleanliness, is expected to ensure all guests feel comfortable.

A security deposit of 200 EUR will be collected upon arrival. This will be refunded within [XX] days after departure, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition with no damages.

The guest is liable for any damages caused by them or their accompanying persons during the stay. Any damage should be reported immediately.

The accommodation is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. There is an additional charge of EUR 20 per pet and per day.
